Bought the HP Laptop with Windows 7 on it. No backup disc supplied with it. HP trying to save a few quid??

Tried to cut my own recovery disc. wasted more than 10 discs but unable to make a decent recovery disc. Inherent defect in the laptop?? Must be!

When my laptop crashed because stupid Norton 360 caused a blue screen, I could not get laptop to start at all. PC World where the Laptop was purchased did not want to know at all. Referred me to the TECH GUYS who is less than helpful - little tech boys. Told me to go to www.best2serve.com to get a recovery disc. Guess what? HP requests that I o pay £33.75 for a back up disc!

My god! HP - you call this a service? i say not!
