Bought the HP Laptop with Windows 7 on it. No backup disc supplied with it. HP trying to save a few quid?? Tried to cut my own recovery disc. wasted more than 10 discs but unable to make a decent recovery disc. Inherent defect in the laptop?? Must be! When my laptop crashed because stupid Norton 360 caused a blue screen, I could not get laptop to start at all. PC World where the Laptop was purchased did not want to know at all.
