I spent $85 at Hibbett Sports on pair of Jordans for my son. He wore them less then ten times only on hardwood for practice and games and the inside of one shoe began falling a part. I did not have the receipt only a the debit card statement, so the Hibbett Sports manager blew me off. The store manager who personally sold me the shoes was more concerned abouot company policy than assisting a customer. Clearly customer service and satisfaction not a priority at this store. I was directed to the Nike web site which was no help! I submitted a complaint on the Hibbett Sport complaint form on web and emailed a letter directly to the regional manager and got no response. I'll be sure to spread the word to everyone I know (and don't know)about Hibbett Sports. This is great timing since a new sporting goods store is opening soon in the community where I live!
