I spent $85 at Hibbett Sports on pair of Jordans for my son. He wore them less then ten times only on hardwood for practice and games and the inside of one shoe began falling a part. I did not have the receipt only a the debit card statement, so the Hibbett Sports manager blew me off. The store manager who personally sold me the shoes was more concerned abouot company policy than assisting a customer. Clearly customer service and satisfaction not a priority at this store.
