I bought a GPS Tracker and it's not working. The CD added to the package contained damaged software. I installed it on the computer and got errors. I contacted them and the customer service is limited to emails to a guy called Coby that replied in 3-4 days saying "That's it. The software is the one you got on the CD and we cannot help you with the the set-up of GPS either". They "washed" their hands on me, after I paid them almost $150 CAD for a device that's useless. They promote a SIM card registered with T-Mobile, but it's not working! I wasted my time and theirs by calling them, as the SIM was supposed to be registered with GPS sevice with T-Mobile and once I contacted them, they told me they don't provide such GPS services. Another lie from HID Country!
Don't relie on HID Country as they suck!
