I bought a GPS Tracker and it's not working. The CD added to the package contained damaged software. I installed it on the computer and got errors. I contacted them and the customer service is limited to emails to a guy called Coby that replied in 3-4 days saying "That's it. The software is the one you got on the CD and we cannot help you with the the set-up of GPS either". They "washed" their hands on me, after I paid them almost $150 CAD for a device that's useless.
