I purchased a clone phone from this website, and received a unit with speakers not working. They agreed to repair it and asked me to send it back with "ordinary mail" which MUST NOT have a tracking number. This sounded extremely weird to me because I had no way to track it, but I did what they asked. After I sent it for about 3 months, I contacted them (more than 10 emails) to check the status of my order, and none of my emails got replied. I even contacted them using their "Contact Us" link on their website. Nevertheless, when i used my other email address to inquire about a sale and it got replied amazingly fast, within 12 hours. I sent to them same email address --- [email protected] ---- and the same guy named "Tan" answered on the sale inquiry email but not my status checking emails. So, I decided to write reviews on the Internet so other people can be aware of this company. I find very little reviews about this business on the Internet. So, I do not recommend doing business with this company although the prices are a little bit lower than others.
