I purchased a clone phone from this website, and received a unit with speakers not working. They agreed to repair it and asked me to send it back with "ordinary mail" which MUST NOT have a tracking number. This sounded extremely weird to me because I had no way to track it, but I did what they asked. After I sent it for about 3 months, I contacted them (more than 10 emails) to check the status of my order, and none of my emails got replied.
