Since Nov last year I have been battling to get my fridge fixed by Hirsch’s Service.Originally I dealt with Fourways but after having been shunted around I am now dealing with the Struben’s Valley.To cut a long story short, I have paid for parts which have not sorted out the problem, I was then told that I had never given the go ahead to the technician to order the very part that he had charged me for. After the part was ordered I was told by the one consultant that I had never spoken to & ordered the part from her.I was told by another consultant that the part is not available & is on order.I called Samsung, the supplier who told me there has never been a shortage of the part.I have been promised countless times by the consultants & technicians that they would get back to me timeously, not the case.I have had to constantly chase after & nag them.The one problem was fixed only to present another problem with the fridge.Another technician supposedly replaced a new part but my fridge is still not working. Now I have been told that the part that was put in was not the correct part for my fridge but for another model Samsung.A technician promised to be out on 94, I am still waiting.

Anyone who has ever worked for or rented floor space at a Hirsch's store can categorically tell you that Margaret Hirsch's interest in all customers ends when the cash register closes. She is without integrity, sincerity or compassion and is a ruthless business women who takes no prisoners. So beware, once Margaret has your money - all services cease, with immediate effect and thousands of ex-employees, customers, sub-contractors and Licensees can honestly testify to this.
