It took 5 weeks to get a new motor for my top-of-the range Bosch washing machine. I was passed from Fourways to the service department, back to Bosch and back again to Fourways until I finally went to Fourways to express my dissatisfaction in person. I was told that i would have to wait for another motor to come from Germany!!! Eventually Rakkie at Fourways arranged for a motor(from another machine) to be installed.
