A few years ago I had a terrible time with Heritage Web Solutions now called HIT. They never completed the work for my sites, and even solicited design help from the customer, despite paying them THOUSANDS of dollars. Even after leaving them for work not done, their billing department has just restarted spamming my inbox with bogus subject line hooks years later!! How lamentable. I don't want to sue them, but it maybe necessary to stop the aggressive sales tactics that borders on harassment. I have several claims I put on hold, but they are really stoking my ire - they don't know when to stop. Let sleepings dogs lie is not part of their wisdom.

What a terrible business model. Patrol the internet, sue and harass complainants, feed the business front end, neglect the back end. Whatever happened to just doing a good job for someone?
