A few years ago I had a terrible time with Heritage Web Solutions now called HIT. They never completed the work for my sites, and even solicited design help from the customer, despite paying them THOUSANDS of dollars. Even after leaving them for work not done, their billing department has just restarted spamming my inbox with bogus subject line hooks years later!! How lamentable.
