After searching Hit Web Design for consumer complaints I wasn't surprised to find that I wasn't the only one experiencing a multitude of problems ranging from fraudulent charges on my credit card for services not rendered, lack of customer service in every area, allowing my website to run with cliches and errors, no call backs from their customer service dept after leaving countless emails and voice mails. Expect to spend days/ hrs trying to reach a support representative only to have your calls dropped or transferred to voice mails hours of time wasted on hold only to be disconnected and have to start the calling process all over again...I have started calling at 7am and by 4pm have had my calls dropped over 5 times and still not spoken with a rep in customer service or tech support... I REGRET I didn't do my homework on this company prior to signing with Hit Web Design. All that Hit Web Design has delivered has been frustration, disappointment and a waste of valuable time and money . If your a potential client be advised "RUN" from this company. They are unethical and lack any sense of professionalism. The Utah Attorney General Office will be receiving one more complaint.
