After searching Hit Web Design for consumer complaints I wasn't surprised to find that I wasn't the only one experiencing a multitude of problems ranging from fraudulent charges on my credit card for services not rendered, lack of customer service in every area, allowing my website to run with cliches and errors, no call backs from their customer service dept after leaving countless emails and voice mails.
