After spending over $1700, hours waiting on the phone to speak to a person, sending over 100 emails, and then waiting nearly 4 months, we still had not received the website that we ordered. My company had no choice but to take our business elsewhere. When I called to discuss cancellation/refund, they told me I could get no money back. I wasn't even reimbursed for a year's worth of hosting fees! This company has been the worst that I have ever experienced. If I had known their reputation, I never would have hired them. I am pursuing this situation to the fullest extent. HITWEB posted an unapproved site that is misrepresenting our company. Run from this fradulent company!!! Call the attorney general's office in UTAH. Let's expose this company!
