After spending over $1700, hours waiting on the phone to speak to a person, sending over 100 emails, and then waiting nearly 4 months, we still had not received the website that we ordered. My company had no choice but to take our business elsewhere. When I called to discuss cancellation/refund, they told me I could get no money back. I wasn't even reimbursed for a year's worth of hosting fees! This company has been the worst that I have ever experienced. If I had known their reputation, I never would have hired them.
