illegal deduction from checking account
Why are they deducting $19.95 from my checking account? I did not order anything. I want it stopped now! Thank you.

Bank withdrawal
Deduction from Bank account for Best Friends Membership. I did not sign up for this to my knowledge, it must be hidden in the site somewhere. I did purchase a movie which they also deducted for. I was told I had 3 days from original order to cancel the Best Friend Thing. conveneiently the deduction shows up 3 days after original order. They will cancel my "memebership, but I am out this $19.95. Crooks!!!
These people need to be jailed for life,

fraud charges
i ordered a movie from HMS for 3.60 and they charged my credit card an additional 19.95 for a membership fee i never signed up for. they charged me both charges not once but twice! i got on their website from the target website when i was looking for a workout cd.i want my money refunded!

Illegal Membership charge
I order a movie online from HMS movies for $3.59 on 6/23/09. A charge was entered on my credit card on 6/25/09 for a "Monthly Membership fee of $19.95. I did not sign up for this. When I called the company they agreed to "cancel my membership" but declined to remove the orginal $19.95 from my credit card.

Monthly Membership Fees
I searched the internet for the "Gardens of Stone" CD and found several. HMS Movies was slightly cheaper at $6.81 and I ordered it. When my VISA bill came, it had the $6.81 charge AND another one for $19.95.
When I called, they said that I had signed up and that the $19.95 was a MONTHLY fee. I immediately CANCELLED.
There was no indication that I was buying anything more than just the CD.
This is fraud!

Fraudulent fee
I purchased a dvd from Hms for 6.42 and used my credit card. When my bill came, I was charged a 19.95 fee on top of the 6.42. I called HMS and was told that the 19.95 cjharge was for a membership fee that I was totally unaware of. I did not sign up to be a member.
