I order a movie online from HMS movies for $3.59 on 6/23/09. A charge was entered on my credit card on 6/25/09 for a "Monthly Membership fee of $19.95. I did not sign up for this. When I called the company they agreed to "cancel my membership" but declined to remove the orginal $19.95 from my credit card. read full review »
