The owner ken and his dad are sh*t. scum. will rip you off. greedy. breaking a lease there is 8K. they lie to you in the beginning with a 2 month lease breaking penalty. on top of that there's been theft in there by a black woman, a black dude got murdered there, weed smoke all over the hallways, cigarette smokes in the elevators, homeless people all over the area in whitley heights, lowest quality carpets.
