The owner ken and his dad are sh*t. scum. will rip you off. greedy. breaking a lease there is 8K. they lie to you in the beginning with a 2 month lease breaking penalty. on top of that there's been theft in there by a black woman, a black dude got murdered there, weed smoke all over the hallways, cigarette smokes in the elevators, homeless people all over the area in whitley heights, lowest quality carpets. read full review »
