I bought a new 297c forestry mulcher and after being assured it would handle my needs [by a salesman who came to my site for 2 hours]problems started the first day and then i was told i should have this and that when warrenty issues came up.fires are a common problem among many others and the only warranty repairs that are not a major issue are the ones they can't blame on the owner for ovous reasons.overcharges on cat account are refunded only after you mention legal action.beware the loaner machine while yours is new for you are charged for it at 50%after you sign the finance papers. i am currently filing suit for deceptive trade practices and am asking anyone with problems to get in touch with me via editor at this website as i have read 2 complaints as to exzactly what i am saying from two ex emploees as to being told to alter shop reports to charge for uneeded repairs at customers expense.buyers beware or fun and games await you at your expense.there are many other issues but these i have documents to prove in a court of law
