I bought a new 297c forestry mulcher and after being assured it would handle my needs [by a salesman who came to my site for 2 hours]problems started the first day and then i was told i should have this and that when warrenty issues came up.fires are a common problem among many others and the only warranty repairs that are not a major issue are the ones they can't blame on the owner for ovous reasons.overcharges on cat account are refunded only after you mention legal action.beware the loaner machine while yours is new for you are charged... read full review »
