Mr. Marty failed to inspect my plumbing, sump pump, check for mold and moisture, adequate insulation, etc. He has not refunded my money despite receiving a certified letter. In January, I began the process of mold mitigation in my crawl space, had to add adequate support, redo most of my duct work, toss the sump pump that was inadequate with no check valve (now have 2 that work), sealed my crawl space, and add over $6, 000 insulcation in my attic to bring it up to code. Beware of home inspectors in Montana.
