I paid up front for a home inspection In November, 2010 and never got a report, the owner claiming everything was lost when his computer crashed (this was more than a month afterwards).. Mr. Marty failed to inspect my plumbing, sump pump, check for mold and moisture, adequate insulation, etc. He has not refunded my money despite receiving a certified letter.
