Home and Garden Expo Center owner Rene Smith has not returned my calls, emails or messages regarding my deposit I am to be returned. On good faith and by our contract my booth was to be rent ready upon approval/signoff of booth readiness by the facility manager(which I did and receive), I was told I would receive my refund. four weeks and counting and NO check. I know her business is suffering, as many are. Both Scottsdale and Peoria Expo locations have been suffering with lack of traffic. However Rene Smith the franchise owner of the Home and Garden Expo needs to keep her work and keep to what the contract states. So possible vendor beware of this company, she is difficult to work with.
