Home and Garden Expo Center owner Rene Smith has not returned my calls, emails or messages regarding my deposit I am to be returned. On good faith and by our contract my booth was to be rent ready upon approval/signoff of booth readiness by the facility manager(which I did and receive), I was told I would receive my refund. four weeks and counting and NO check.
