I purchased the Magic Bullet from the website and I am completely satisfied with the product itself. While purchasing online, you have the option to have a metabo boost sent autoship on a monthly basis of which I did not want..I am unable to use these types of products due to medical issues...having said that 2 months after I recieved my Bullets, I recieve an email that the metabo boost has shipped and my credit card is being billed...I call immediately because I DIDNT order this purposely..the gentleman(from as close as India) preceeded to tell me I did indeed order this and basically too bad. As I continued to argue with him on the phone and tell him I was reporting them to the BBB and Attorney Generals office he puts me on hold and lets me know they will refund my $ (67) minus shipping once I get and return the unopened package of which I then have to pay to return to them! I will now be out $16 all due to a pdct I DIDNT ORDER!!! So when I recieved the package in the mail I was told to call customer svc back to get the directions on returning the item...again I spoke with someone in India...as she proceeded to tell me Im out $16 I told her this company is a joke...she then proceeded to ask me if I wanted to finish getting my return instructions or would I prefer her to hang up on me...REALLY!!! My enormous frustration is the fact that Im out $16 on something I never ordered and they are refusing to credit me this money as well! In between all of this I ended up getting 2 different stories as to why I recieved this autoshipment...at first he addimantly told me I did indeed sign up for it, and then later in the conversation told me it was a courtesy they did and had 30 days to cancel of which I didnt do...none of the above were accurate...going back into my paperwork...nothing on my sales receipt states me signing up for this and the website gives a completely different take on the autoship process...I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!
