Homeland Housewares is a horrible company to order the magic bullet from they charged me $40 to ship and send the product and when I called to cancel my order they said it was already shipped. But the representative that I spoke to told me it would take 3-4 weeks before the item would even ship. Then to put the icing on the cake I had to spend another $40 to ship the item back!
