I bought A Car from this Dealer, the car shoudl have 3 keys, (two master keys and one valet key)and the sales man stole one of my master key, they did not explain or have any list of stuff that I should receive of checklist upon the time of delievery. I just figure out that I should have 3 keys, I called the manager of HONDA of OAKLAND, They said they are not responsible for anything happen after 9 moths. he did not give me any sympathy on how his staff stole customer key, because the salesman was one of his best friends. I left he many messages but he did not bother to call me. I should notice earlier on their contract, "you can not cancel this contract simply because ...after you sign below, you may only cancel this contract with the agreement of the seller or for legal cause, such as fraud. I think I should go with an attorney to find out how did they do businesss. For someone who wants to buy car from this dealer, you should ask the checklist of everything you receive.
