I bought A Car from this Dealer, the car shoudl have 3 keys, (two master keys and one valet key)and the sales man stole one of my master key, they did not explain or have any list of stuff that I should receive of checklist upon the time of delievery. I just figure out that I should have 3 keys, I called the manager of HONDA of OAKLAND, They said they are not responsible for anything happen after 9 moths. he did not give me any sympathy on how his staff stole customer key, because the salesman was one of his best friends.
