I ordered and paid for new window for my home in July 2010. They were supposed to be installed 4-6 weeks. It is now over 6 months and I am still missing a window. Repeated telephone calls have met with all kinds of apologies and promises to get it taking care of immediately. Twice the window was even scheduled for installation. I took of work twice so it could be installed and no one ever showed up. No phone call - nothing. When I called to find out why once I was told the truck had a flat tire and the next time I was told it was raining in Fayetteville. It wasn't raining in Goldsboro where I live. Once again I was told they would reschedule the installation and call me back. Two weeks later and no phone call. I again called and was told by the manager that some of my Windows (Plural) where in Charoltte and the rest would be shipped in a couple of days. I finally got him to understand that it was NOT WINDOWS but one window that I am missing. He was going to check on it and that was Nov 4. I am still waiting for a call. I am also waiting for a call and explanation from the owner David Hineson. I will never do business or recommend this company to anyone.
