I ordered and paid for new window for my home in July 2010. They were supposed to be installed 4-6 weeks. It is now over 6 months and I am still missing a window. Repeated telephone calls have met with all kinds of apologies and promises to get it taking care of immediately. Twice the window was even scheduled for installation. I took of work twice so it could be installed and no one ever showed up. No phone call - nothing.
