purchased a wireless photosmart printer D110a series; have spent numerous phone calls with tech support (all overseas...) to set up the printer to work wireless; each time called spent on average an hour with the rep from tech support taking over my computer to 'fix' the problem, it prints wireless for a day and next day it does not; this had happened around 10 times since installed the printer; asked to escalte which they did, when spoke with folks there they blamed it on my internet hookup & loads of other blaming all but them; I did see on chat sites many folks have this problem; mentioned to a work colleague and he said he has the same problem/also spent numerous hours on phone with tech support and had same experience where would work for a day then not; we both have decided to not bother to use wireless and plug in a cable: NOT the purpose of the purchase; also the claims made about how far their toner cartridges print x number of pages is bogus: ink runs out way before the claim; even had a problem with tech support unwilling to support help with a wireless mouse still in warranty (less than 6 months) since their records indicated was out of warranty over 546 days...rep indicated warranty began when product was produced!! asked for a superivsor and they would not let me speak with one, called back and had same problem with next rep-------overall HP tech support HORRIFIC and wireless products do not seem to work as advertised, save your money and do not buy HP products
