purchased a wireless photosmart printer D110a series; have spent numerous phone calls with tech support (all overseas...) to set up the printer to work wireless; each time called spent on average an hour with the rep from tech support taking over my computer to 'fix' the problem, it prints wireless for a day and next day it does not; this had happened around 10 times since installed the printer; asked to escalte which they did, when spoke with folks there they blamed it on my internet hookup & loads of other blaming all but them;... read full review »
