This was an online purchase.

On March 4, 2010, I ordered a curling iron from HBI Beauty for $140 and paid by paypal. They advertised it at a low sale price which enticed me to order from them. It's March 23, 2010 and it still hasn't arrived. I thought it was odd that they never gave me a tracking number to find it's whereabouts in the mail. I called my credit card company to cancel the charges on my upcoming statement and they are honoring it. Thank goodness because I just read a similar complaint from a previous customer and it sounds like HBI Beauty is ripping people off.
