Imformed Hunter/Worfield of an invalid debt 2 months ago. when I called them to check on information I requested, the representative was rude and implied that I had broken the law by stating "before we go any further I need to read you your miranda rights"! Being a disabled/retired law enforcement officer, I told him no law had been broken and Miranda had nothing to do with the Fair Debt Collections Act statement he read me. Him implying it did was actually against the law! He the hung up on me. When I called back he hung up on me again!
