Imformed Hunter/Worfield of an invalid debt 2 months ago. when I called them to check on information I requested, the representative was rude and implied that I had broken the law by stating "before we go any further I need to read you your miranda rights"! Being a disabled/retired law enforcement officer, I told him no law had been broken and Miranda had nothing to do with the Fair Debt Collections Act statement he read me.
