Our company switched to Comcast for our phone, internet and TV service. Comcast internet service is down all the time. When we initially had the problem the first story was that squirrels chewed through the lines. The repair was done and the system is down daily still. The linemen have stated that there is a piece of equipment on their line somewhere that is creating the problem but our company is in an area where there aren't many Comcast users so it would be too large of expense to repair it. I had our IT people log the system and it is evident that it is a piece of Comcast's equipment. I have left multiple messages for my internet technical support person Deb F. but she never returns calls. If you are contemplating using Comcast for your services for your company I would recommend you think twice. Their customer service is terrible and their never ending stories amaze me.
