Our company switched to Comcast for our phone, internet and TV service. Comcast internet service is down all the time. When we initially had the problem the first story was that squirrels chewed through the lines. The repair was done and the system is down daily still. The linemen have stated that there is a piece of equipment on their line somewhere that is creating the problem but our company is in an area where there aren't many Comcast users so it would be too large of expense to repair it.
