Credit card was charged for product not shipped. Have tried to contact this company by phone, and internet without any success. I have been trying since Oct 10, 2008. When I phone them I am put on hold for 20-30 minutes and then disconnected. When I try to reach them by internet website am given phone number 1-888-460-5888. The same thing happens with this number also no answer disconnected everytime. I am sending a certified letter to them telling them about this problem and asking for a refund and to cancell this membership. I have notified by credit card and am asking for a new card to avoid future charges. I will also notify the better busnise bureau about this company.
