Unauthorized charges

I ordered my "FREE" sample in August. Ad said I would be charged $49.99 per month if I decided to become a member indtead of the $84.99 for non-members. I tried to cancel immediately and was told the web-site was down and I would not be charged. When you call you are laways caller number 21 and must wait for 30 to 45 minutes. I cancelled this order 2 times and have received no product yet I am being charges $89.99 per month and I can't stop it! The web-site had been down for 3 months that I know about and I can't get anywhere with customer service. DO NOT order Hydroderm!!!

Fraudulant charges

This so called comany continues to cheat many consumers. After the initial trial period of a product that was returned (of which a small handling charge was legimately chsrged and paid) this group is fraudulantly continuing to tap people's accounts a very high price for product that is not requested and is certainly not received.

How is it possible that we cannot stop this? There phone contact is so bad, and if you're lucky enough to get through to someone, the story is the same.."Our system is down so we can't check at this time"...I have been trying for over a month to have them remove a $77.00 charge from my account, with no success.

How can this group be stopped and how can I get them to credit the fraudulant charges?
