I am a webmaster. I take memberships to my website. I used Ibill a credit card processor for 4 years. They are the ones who actually bill the card, they keep about 15% and every 2 weeks send me a check for the rest. I have been doing well in this business so the money has really built up well. Sept 2008 Ibill reported a bank problem, they said they wouldn't be able to make the sept 15th payout because they changed banks and the bank was holding their money. To make a long story short, today is January 6th 2009 I have received 1 that's right 1 paycheck from these retards. What do I get when I call? I get things like; we will be back to normal processing within 1 week or what ever. What can be done? I am sending customers who are paying by credit card, IBILL is collecting the money and keeping their 15% plus my 85% If anyone can help me please do. The sum owed to me now is above 10, 000 us funds I could type the whole story out but basically all I left out was their bullshit that they tell me.
