I am a webmaster. I take memberships to my website. I used Ibill a credit card processor for 4 years. They are the ones who actually bill the card, they keep about 15% and every 2 weeks send me a check for the rest. I have been doing well in this business so the money has really built up well. Sept 2008 Ibill reported a bank problem, they said they wouldn't be able to make the sept 15th payout because they changed banks and the bank was holding their money.
