ICS put a bad mark on my credit report. I called them about this and asked what this was about, because I had always had a good credit.
They said it was about a check I had bounced in Illinois when I lived there 4 years ago, but the bounced check was from last year. I told them I had never had Bank of America when I lived in Illinois and that I wanted a copy of the bounced check, and evidence that they had tried to get ahold of me. Neither was produced. They sent me an outstanding BofA from another person with the same last name who lived in TX at the time. They refuse to take it off, and I have never cosigned but they attacked my credit. When I received the account which belonged to him, they had blackened out the account with a marker and had put in mine! Fraud Fraud Fraud, they are attacking anyone with the same last name.
