they charged me 3 times $14.95, after calling them they tried to play dumb on the phone, i kept going at them until they finally admited charging my card and to cancel and refund the money, 3 weeks later no refund, called again they tell me that they only canceled no refund was issued! and then they had the nerve to tell me that they don't usually do this but because they want their customer castisfaction they will do the refund!!! what customer you theives i was never your customer and you fraudulently charged me! note: their other companies which the also made the charge: freescore.com clickmycredit.com

membership billed on Mastercard 4/27 for 19.95-had never requested a membership. Made phone call-told it would be refunded-but before it was, another monthly charge was made on my Mastercard bill(paid with EFT) on 5/27. The first charge was refunded-but I was then told their policy did no allow them to refund a 2nd monthly charge per "Termination of Membership and Membership agreement" a copy 0f which I had never received and I had never requested a Membership. I attempted to explain the situation in a detailed email to "memberservices@mailidentityhawk" but it was 'returned undeliverable. In an email reply they provided a Consumer Affairs telephone number 800-307 -4560 but it always answers "not available now-leave name, number, etc=will call back in 5-6- days. This is too
long to wait.
