membership billed on Mastercard 4/27 for 19.95-had never requested a membership. Made phone call-told it would be refunded-but before it was, another monthly charge was made on my Mastercard bill(paid with EFT) on 5/27. The first charge was refunded-but I was then told their policy did no allow them to refund a 2nd monthly charge per "Termination of Membership and Membership agreement" a copy 0f which I had never received and I had never requested a Membership.
