I ordered a service for searching for Grants that was to cost $1.99, one dollar and 99 cents. This was charged to my account and an additional charge for $19.12 that was not authorized was to IDS Erica Miller. This charge causd my account to absorb 121.00 in NSF charges. I disputed this charge with the bank. IDS refused this dispute, they did however give ma a refund for the $19.12 but not all the NSF charges related to the charge. They told me ...I SHOULD HAVE READ THE AGREEMENT! This is consdered fraud any way you look at it. I had to cancel my debit card so they will no longer be able to access my account for more fraud charges!

For thoses that do not have their number here it is 1 866-874-8909. I am going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau!!! I suggest you all do the same. It is a simple process that can be done on-line.
