I ordered a service for searching for Grants that was to cost $1.99, one dollar and 99 cents. This was charged to my account and an additional charge for $19.12 that was not authorized was to IDS Erica Miller. This charge causd my account to absorb 121.00 in NSF charges. I disputed this charge with the bank. IDS refused this dispute, they did however give ma a refund for the $19.12 but not all the NSF charges related to the charge.
