Same as hundreds of others have reported: item listed at great price and as in stock. Credit card charged immediately, but item never comes. No responses to e-mails; no phone number on web site. Months later, finally found a phone number; was told item was "still backordered" for another 2 weeks. More months pass; no item. Called again; they offered to refund my money. I am still not sure if that happened.

But even if they do always refund the money (assuming you remember you ordered the item, figure out how to find a phone number, and persevere like mad), they could make quite a bit just on the interest of the money they held all those months.

I think that's their REAL business. I understand they operate under several names.
