Same as hundreds of others have reported: item listed at great price and as in stock. Credit card charged immediately, but item never comes. No responses to e-mails; no phone number on web site. Months later, finally found a phone number; was told item was "still backordered" for another 2 weeks. More months pass; no item. Called again; they offered to refund my money.
